Bethel Regional High School athletics are affiliated with and governed by the Alaska School Activities Association (ASAA) and is considered a 3A school for regional and state competition. BRHS is part of the Western Conference for Cross Country,Volleyball, Cheer, and Basketball that constitutes league play with Nome, Kotzebue, and Barrow. Wrestling is associated with the Great Alaska Conference that constitutes regional play with Unalaska, LKSD, LYSD, Chevak, Yupi'it, and Kuspuk School Districts. Swim is a participant of Region II's regional meet to qualify for state. Track & Field are ran as independent sports that participate in a regional meet of another region to qualify for state.
